OK, it's rather small, and could be any bird, but I know it is a goldfinch! They sit there a lot, bobbing up and down in the breeze.

This blog is intended to be a place where I can share some of my craft and art activities, as well as aspects of life in general, but, the menagerie of animals seem determined to get themselves noticed, so we shall see what happens...

Hello Vanessa .. it was lovely to hear from you and I am sorry that I have been absent for so long...
Echiums are beautiful and surreal... my parents had several in their Cornish garden but I have yet to see any in Bath.. it is probably not mild enough for them.
I see you have Mark Haddon's 'A Spot of Bother'.. fab book.. an uncomfortable but hilarious read.
Hope the sun is shining down there..
Love
Michelex
Echiums would probably grow in Bath, they might not be as tall. They do not enjoy frost. 'A spot of Bother' had me laughing very loudly, but, I agree, it is uncomfortable in places. V
